SUNDANCE TRAIL GUEST RANCH
Results on a Tight Budget
Organic traffic to the Sundance Trail Guest Ranch website has doubled in the past 6 months after making some major fixes to their website structure, performing keyword research and rewriting their site content accordingly.
The Ranch hadn’t migrated to GA4 and had no idea how much traffic they were getting or where they were losing site visitors. We set up GA4 and conversions allowing us to pinpoint weaknesses and make key changes to improve site results.
Created a Meta Leads campaign that resulted in over 200 leads at a cost of $1.10 per lead resulting in $32,000 in revenue.
In spite of increased website traffic, bookings were not increasing at a corresponding rate. After digging into the data, we implemented a booking form and, with dedicated follow through, this form is converting at 24%.
With over 50 leads per month coming in and limited staff, several email automations were implemented in order to simplify the follow up process. We’re working on a system to gauge performance and I’ll update with this information as it becomes available.
